Independence Day holiday is just around the corner, and the bottle rockets’ red glare will be visible up and down the Grand Strand region. Kick off these dog days of summer with a couple beach chairs, a cold glass of iced tea, and some colorful explosions overhead. All events below are free!

A great spot for the whole family, Broadway at the Beach has great food, shopping, rides and entertainment.

Fri. July 4, Plyler Park on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, 8:00 -10:00 PM

This park is adjacent to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk at the end of Mr. Joe White Ave. The “Red, White and Blue” show features a free concert followed by a fireworks display.
