Answer Unfortunately, The fire place is just a beautiful decoration and cannot be used.
Why is this unit so much cheaper than all the others?
Answer

Water Pointe II is one of our older buildings so that makes it a little cheaper than the others. Fortunately, it is very well maintained and has wonderful amenities.
