Myrtle Beach Extra Large Condos
For a large family vacation or big group get-together, our extra large condos are perfect to suit your needs. These condos have all the amenities you expect from our regular condos, like swimming pools and fully-equipped kitchens—but include more beds and baths for even the largest vacation group. All of these properties have anywhere from five to eight beds and baths with enough room for everyone.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Beach Home rentals require a minimum 30% deposit of total cost within 7 days after reservation is made. If not paid, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and the unit will be made available to other renters There will be a $30 charge for any returned check. Visa, Master Card and Discover may be used for advance deposit. Interest earned on rental deposits will be retained the rental management company.
The credit card and driver's license must be presented at check-in for verification and signature. An imprint of your card will be taken in case of damages to the rental unit or lost keys. An active credit card number (no debit or pre-paid cards) is required on all reservations, or a cash security deposit of $200 is required at check in.
A departure inspection fee will be added to all beach homes and XL condos/$100
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
Beach Home and XL Condo Rentals: Minimum stay of 7 nights is required for summer months and holidays(June, July, and August) with check in Saturday. All other months, minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do NOT purchase travel insurance: A full refund, less a $100 administrative fee, is given only if the property is re-rented and if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If the property is NOT re-rented, your money is forfeited. Also, if you cancel with less than 30 days until your arrival date, all money is forfeited.
If you purchase travel insurance: CSA Travel Insurance provides insurance against certain types of emergency cancellations. For the most up-to-date coverage provided by CSA Travel Insurance, you may visit their website or contact them by phone at 866-999-4018. If you purchase the insurance and need to use it, your claim must be made through CSA, not through CondoLux.
