Myrtle Beach Extra Large Condos
For a large family vacation or big group get-together, our extra large condos are perfect to suit your needs. These condos have all the amenities you expect from our regular condos, like swimming pools and fully-equipped kitchens—but include more beds and baths for even the largest vacation group. All of these properties have anywhere from five to eight beds and baths with enough room for everyone.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT POLICY
Myrtle Beach Condo Rentals: A down payment of $500 is required for summer reservations, i.e., June, July, and August. A $300 down payment is required for off-season reservations (all other months). A down payment of $100 is required from each golfer per golf package. Down payments are due within 7 days of making reservations by personal check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. If payment is made by credit card, you must present same credit card at check in for verification. Regardless of how payment is made, all reservations require a valid credit card number on file to be presented at check in to ensure key return and damage security. Guests without credit card are required to give a cash security deposit of $300 at check in. Final payments are due 30 days prior to arrival, but credit cards cannot be used to make the final payment—we accept personal, certified, or cashiers checks only for final payment.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
Condo Rentals: Minimum stay of 5 nights is required for summer months and holidays(June, July, and August) with check in Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. All other months, minimum stay of 4 nights is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do NOT purchase travel insurance: A full refund, less a $100 administrative fee, is given only if the property is re-rented and if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If the property is NOT re-rented, your money is forfeited. Also, if you cancel with less than 30 days until your arrival date, all money is forfeited.
